It sends an On / Off pulse to the actuator.

COMPONENT’S PROPERTIES

Auto-release function (checkbox): if ticked allows you to change seconds value;
After (…) seconds (number): it defines the number of seconds before component returns to 0;

Reversed value (checkbox): it reverses the value 0=on and 1=off.

Pulse provides a transition from value 0 to 1 then back again to the value 0.
The time for the return to the value 0 is set in the component parameters.
