Remote control
Component to allow using a Remote control to control any device (TV, DVD, etc.).
Automatic group creation
As always you are asked to drag and drop the required components on “My components” area. The particularity of this component is given by the automatic creation of a Remote control group where all the necessary components for its configuration are already added (see picture on the left). Not only this, also all the required buttons of the Multimedia device are already configured in order to speed up and simplify the process of the Remote control creation, but open to your editing.

Add multimedia devices to control: List of Multimedia device components to control.
Thanks to the automatic configuration of the Remote control component, this list is already created. However, you might want to control several devices (TV, DVD, etc.) with the same Remote control which is possible. In this case, you need to drag and drop a new Multimedia device (Device 2) component to “My components” area and then drag and drop it into this multimedia device
Thanks to the automatic configuration of this component,

Title: this is the Multimedia device name. Type the Multimedia device title (TV, DVD, etc.)
Hide icon: this option, if ticked, hides the device’s icon and displays only the title.
Navigation pad: choose a Navigation pad component from the drop-down menu. You are allowed to choose if using a Navigation pad or not. If not, the Keypad will be automatically open.
More: choose between a new Keypad or a List view component from the drop-down menu. It will be accessible through a button located under the Navigation pad (on the right). You are allowed to choose if using it or not. If not, the button won’t be shown.

- F1: Power On;
- F2: Source;
- F3: Mute;

- Preset: (dropdown) allow you to insert a total of 6 new keys within the navigation pad that can be customized for, for example, controlling the opening and closing of a projection cloth or the living room lights.

You are allowed to set from 1 to 12 buttons to execute from 1 to 12 commands.
Button 1: choose a Scenario or Pulse or Switch component to execute command n.1;
Button 2: choose a Scenario or Pulse or Switch component to execute command n.2;

Add components to control: List of components to control.
Drag and drop any component (Switch, RGB light, Shutter, Thermostat, Info, etc.) into the dialogue box. This will allow you to define an extra menu (displayed as a list) where you can access to your preferences.
Thanks to the automatic configuration of all these components,
you can easily add each new tool separately.
You can add each tool (Multimedia device, Navigation pad, Keypad) separately. Anytime you will drag & drop a new Multimedia device, Navigation pad or Key pad to the “My components” area, all the components required for their configuration will be automatically created and will be gathered in groups as shown below.

Three different view mode possibilities: “CLASSIC”, “MODAL” and “HIDDEN”. Learn more about the component’s view modes.
CLASSIC VIEW MODE
