A door call is the one event that has to reach whoever is holding a phone, wherever they are. SIP intercoms ring inside the supervision, on every panel and every device at once.
How it connects
SIP standard
The intercoms connect over SIP on the building network, so the call and the video follow the same path as the rest of the IP integrations.
Remote calls
Answering a door call away from the building uses remote video streaming, which requires the Cloud Extras module.
