Hotels and hospitality

A hotel room is operated by someone who has never seen it before and will not read a manual. Everything else — access, climate, metering, housekeeping — happens behind that.

What this building needs

Guests who never learn the system

The interface answers in the language of the person speaking. The AI layer understands and replies in the user’s own language, which is what makes it hold up with an international guest list.

Access as a subsystem, not a silo

The Access Control module is a scalable extension built for commercial, hospitality and multi-user environments — room access sits in the same project as lighting and climate, not in a parallel system.

Climate that is not on the bus

VRF and multi-split plant rarely speaks KNX. Airzone, CoolAutomation and Intesis bridge it onto a standard protocol and the server takes it from there, per room.

Consumption you can actually bill

Logged data exports to Excel for reporting, tenant billing or an energy audit, and load control sheds non-critical circuits before the main breaker trips.

Frequently asked

Does each room need its own server?
No. One server runs the project; rooms are zones inside it. The X1 Plus is specified for complex integrations and multiple subsystems, which is the shape a hospitality project takes.
Can staff and guests see different things?
Yes. Users, app installations and interfaces are not limited by the licence, so a housekeeping view and a guest view are two interfaces on the same project.
What happens to the room when the internet drops?
Nothing. The server is on site and the panels talk to it over the local network; the cloud is only the path from outside the building.

Send the device list and the subsystems and we will confirm the server, the modules and what is missing before you quote.
